Before your team
gets started.
A few things you may want to know before changing the way you record care.
Ask us your questionWhat does getting started involve?
We begin with your service and the way your team works. Together, we agree what needs setting up, which records can move across and how to introduce your staff. The timing depends on your service size and existing records, so we agree a rollout plan with you.
How will our carers learn to use it?
We help with setup and training, with support as your team gets used to ServPatch. Carers use accounts issued by your organisation to review the information they need and record care. We’ll agree the training approach around your team.
Can you help us move from our current system?
Yes. We’ll review your existing records with you and agree what can be brought across, the work involved and any migration charges before starting. You’ll have a clear plan for the move. Talk to us about your current system.
Is Patch included in the Core plan?
Yes. Every plan includes the full ServPatch platform and Patch AI. Pricing is based on staff numbers and the number of services you run. Growth is a pricing review as your organisation grows, with the same tools available from the start. See how our plans work.
How is access to care records controlled?
Your organisation issues staff accounts, and each person’s role determines which information they can access. Patch uses the information that role is authorised to see. Data is encrypted in transit between the app and service. Read about security and data.
What if we decide to leave?
Plans are monthly rolling. We confirm the cancellation notice, data export arrangements and relevant terms in your customer agreement. Some information may need to be retained for legal or care responsibilities. Read our terms and data deletion information.
Can we use ServPatch across several services?
Yes. Our multi-service option is for several locations, care groups or a mix of care settings. It includes the full platform, with a proposal based on your staff and services. We’ll agree how to set up access for your teams. Explore the plans.
Can carers record notes in their own language?
ServPatch supports voice notes in supported languages, converting the recording into an English care note. The carer reviews the English text before saving it. See multilingual voice notes.
