UK hosting
Customer data is stored in UK data centres. We never move identifiable care records outside the UK.
Encryption
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest using current industry standards.
Role-based access
Staff only see the records relevant to their role. Every access is logged for audit.
UK GDPR aligned
We follow UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 principles. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
