I needed software that understood the job.

Running our home care service, I often found that the admin took longer than it should. We needed to support our staff, keep records up to date and stay on top of compliance, but finding a simple answer could mean searching through several screens or spreadsheets.

So I started building it for us.

I’ve always had a passion for building software. ServPatch began as something I built for our own company, around the problems we were actually facing. It helped us get our compliance records in order, make day-to-day recording simpler and spend less time chasing information. It took some of the pressure off, for me and for the team.

Patch grew out of that same need. I wanted to ask a question and get a useful answer, whether it was about a client, staff leave or a report. I didn’t want to export several files and piece them together just to understand what was happening in my own service.

Care software should make the working day easier. That’s why I started ServPatch, and it’s still what guides us.

Now I want other independent providers to have that support.

I know what it’s like to weigh up a software bill alongside everything else a care business needs. Good tools shouldn’t feel out of reach because you’re a smaller provider. We’re building ServPatch around fair, accessible pricing and practical help for the people doing the work.

We want to build a sustainable business, but the purpose is to support care. If we can make the admin simpler and give your team more time and headspace for the people who need them, that’s where ServPatch can make a real difference.
