Nutrition & wellbeing

Record the meal. Leave the maths to ServPatch.

Record what was offered, how much was eaten and the support given. AI-assisted tracking estimates calories, while fluids, vitals, weight and continence stay connected to the same record.

ServPatch nutrition summary showing an estimated 185 kcal against a 2000 kcal goal, with carbohydrate, fat and protein totals. Example figures.

Nutrition & wellbeing at a glance

What it does
Records food, amounts eaten, support given and fluids, with estimated calories and nutrition, plus vitals, weight and continence observations.
Who it helps
Carers recording intake through the day, and nurses or managers reviewing changes with healthcare professionals.
The problem it solves
Separate food and fluid charts, manual calorie maths and scattered readings make changes easy to miss.
How it fits
Observations sit alongside notes and care plans, and Patch can help review recorded changes over time.

How it works

Three steps, inside the working day.

  2. 02

Estimated calories and nutrition are calculated, with no manual adding up.

  3. 03

    Review over time

Ask Patch how recorded intake or readings have changed, then check the entries.

Questions

Good to know.

Are calorie figures a nutrition plan?

No. Calorie figures are estimates, not a prescribed nutrition plan. Staff should check entries and follow the person's agreed care plan and professional advice.

Can Patch tell us if someone is unwell?

No. Patch can help surface recorded changes, but it does not diagnose. Follow your escalation process and seek qualified advice about concerns.
